The maximum occupancy for our rental is 12 guests.

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests, driveway and carports support 5 vehicles, no on street parking permitted in our community.

Blue Haven is a 5 Bedroom, 5 full and one half Bathrooms. Three Bedrooms are Kings with ensuite bathrooms with large walk in showers, one bedroom has a Duo Bunk with Full and Twin beds and there is a bunk room with four twin beds and these two bedrooms share a full bathroom. 

First floor consist of a Media-Theater room with 9' drop down screen and  overhead projection with surround sound, a Blueray Dvd and Netflicks. Additionally there is a 50" Smart TV on the wall you can log into. Refridgerator, wet bar, full bath, Footsball table, Take one-Leave one library, Laundry Closet. 

Middle Floor consist of 4 of the bedrooms, three opening to the back deck. 

Top floor features a open vaulted ceiling, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with commercial style dual fuel range with gas cooktop and electric convection oven, quarts counter tops, all the pots, pans, and accessories you would ever need. Large 10 person dining table, screened porch that seats 6-8 for dining, King Master bedroom, 50" smart TV, Surround Sound, dedicated XBox TV, large deck across the back and Half Bath powder room. We include linens and towels (except beach towels), Wi-Fi, and all TV's are Smart so you can log in and watch your favorite shows. We also have a antenna system that brings in about 50 HD stations.  

Additionally, there is a very nice hardscape pattio located under live oaks and pines with sound views, Adirondack Chairs, landscape and cafe lighting, Tike Hut with Gas Grill (we provide propane) and small refrigerator and a charcoal park grill. Finally we have 6 bikes, 2 ocean kayaks, 2 SUPs for our guest and you also get to use all the amenities of Corolla Light Resort which include a Oceanside Pool Complex, Soundside Pool, Indoor Sports Complex with Olympic size pool, weight and cardio rooms, handball, indoor clay tennis courts and several outdoor tennis and pickleball courts and a Trolly Service which runs daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day! (Note certain items like Indoor Tennis and Pickle Ball may incure extra charges.
